A UV-free tan at either location
VersaSpa Pro uses a fine mist of tanning solution rather than ultraviolet light. The booth applies measured passes for even coverage, while pH-balanced, eco-certified solutions are designed to avoid the orange cast and odor associated with some spray tans. Odor-Ban 200 technology helps address the smell.
The solution includes hydrating and firming ingredients along with marine algae to condition the skin. Since the color develops in the outermost layer of skin, it fades naturally as that layer renews. A VersaSpa tan usually lasts five to seven days, depending on your skin and how you care for it.
Prepare for your spray tan
Exfoliate two days before your session with a non-oil-based scrub. Shave or wax at least 24 hours beforehand, rather than on the same day. Arrive with bare skin and skip lotion, makeup, deodorant and perfume so the solution can apply evenly.
Wear loose, dark clothing and open-toed shoes. After your session, wait at least eight hours before showering, swimming, using a sauna or completing a hard workout. Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing, moisturize daily and remember that a sunless tan does not protect you from the sun.
