Tanning Salon in Nutley, NJ

Choose from UV tanning, spray tanning and more

This location offers both mid-level and super tanning beds, so you can choose from several session types. Mid-level options include the Ergoline Sunrise 480 stand-up bed and the Passion 40/3. Super bed options include the Affinity 800, Ergoline Prestige 1100 and Open Sun 1050.

You can also choose VersaSpa Pro Spray Tanning for a UV-free tanning option. The WellSystem RedWave is available at the North Arlington location only, while the Classic 600 Turbo Power and Sun Select 52 are also listed for North Arlington only.

Not sure where to begin? Staff set your session length based on your skin type and how recently you last tanned, rather than simply using the bed’s maximum time. Ask at the desk and they will help you start in the right place. Eye wear is provided, and the team recommends using it during your session.

Simple single-visit pricing

A single mid-level session is $26, tax included. A single super bed session is $36, tax included. VersaSpa Pro Spray Tanning is $40 for one visit, tax included.

Visit packs are available if you plan to return. Three visits cost $69 for mid-level beds, $89 for super beds and $89 for spray tanning. A 10-visit mid-level pack is $189, while the 10-visit Super Beds or Spray Tanning pack is $219. The latter has no expiration and can combine a super bed and a spray for a double dip. Check which beds or services each pack includes before purchasing.

New-customer offer and Sunday savings

New customers can tan free in any bed with a free lotion packet. New customers also receive spray tanning at half price. These offers make it easy to try City Tropics and compare the available options with help from the staff.

On Sundays, single sessions are half price, tax included. The offer applies Sundays only and includes the listed tanning beds and VersaSpa Pro Spray Tanning available at this location. If you are visiting for the first time, the team can explain which offer or session best fits your plans.
