I’ve been going to the North Arlington City Tropics location for years and it will always be my favorite. The vibe there is just different welcoming, friendly, clean, and consistent. You walk in and feel comfortable immediately.
Laura deserves the biggest shoutout because she has been there for as long as I can remember. She is truly one of the sweetest people ever so knowledgeable, honest, kind, and genuinely caring. Every time I see her, I’m happy she’s there because she always makes the experience better. People like her are the reason customers stay loyal for years.
The owner is also genuinely pleasant and professional, and you can tell he cares about the business and clients.
I recently started going to the Nutley location because it’s closer after my move, but honestly the vibe just isn’t the same there . Some of the workers are not as warm or welcoming as the North Arlington team, and it definitely feels different compared to years ago. That being said, North Arlington has always stayed consistent, and that’s why I’ll gladly drive farther for the better experience.
